Quick FactsThe Middle Tennessee Industrial Development Association recently announced that a site in the Franklin County Industrial Park was one of six sites in Middle Tennessee to have met the criteria to be a "Deal Ready Certified Industrial Site". To be certified a site must be free of ownership and environmental issues and it also must meet or exceed the infrastructure requirements of typical industrial projects.
