HI-Tech Mold & Engineering

Siegfried Schulte, President and owner of Hi-Tech Mold &
Engineering stated two items that attracted Hi-Tech Mold &
Engineering to Franklin County:
The short driving distance to enjoy outdoor recreation on
Tims Ford Lake and the small-town atmosphere within easy driving
distance of 3 major metropolitan areas: Nashville, TN, Chattanooga,
TN and Huntsville, AL- which also gives you a greater labor market
area to seek employees. Accessibility to these metro areas by an
excellent highway system is a big plus not only for our customers
but also for our suppliers.
Tepro Industries Inc.

In reviewing with our Japanese executives, there were several
reasons that Franklin County was selected as the location for Tepro:
- Winchester area was a clean, friendly area with all of the
necessary governmental, educational, and recreational activities
required to attract a quality work force.
- There was an available workforce already in the immediate
area.
- Close proximity to our principal customer.
- Favorable taxation considerations made by local government.
